Non-U.S. Citizen means any Person other than a U.S. Citizen.
Associate Company means any other Company, in which the Company has a significant influence, but which is not a Subsidiary Company of the Company having such influence and includes a joint venture company.
U.S. Citizen means a person who is a “citizen of the United States” within the meaning of the Xxxxx Act, eligible and qualified to own and operate U.S.-flag vessels in the U.S. Coastwise Trade.
Non-Citizen means any person or entity who is not a “citizen of the United States” (as defined in Section 41102 of the Act and administrative interpretations issued by the Department of Transportation, its predecessors and successors, from time to time), including any agent, trustee or representative of a Non-Citizen.
Associate Member means a person appointed to perform specific statutory and non-statutory duties which have been delegated by the Trust Board for them to perform and these duties have been recorded in an appropriate Trust Board minute or other suitable record.
Associated Entity means an entity that is not part of the law practice but which provides legal or administrative services to a law practice, including but not limited to:

Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;
Citizen means a person who is enrolled on the MNO Registry,
Associate shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in Rule 12b-2 of the General Rules and Regulations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), as in effect on the date of this Agreement.

Eligible Citizen means a Person qualified to own interests in real property in jurisdictions in which any Group Member does business or proposes to do business from time to time, and whose status as a Limited Partner or Assignee does not or would not subject such Group Member to a significant risk of cancellation or forfeiture of any of its properties or any interest therein.
Non-citizen Assignee means a Person whom the General Partner has determined in its discretion does not constitute an Eligible Citizen and as to whose Partnership Interest the General Partner has become the Substituted Limited Partner, pursuant to Section 4.9.
Organizational Limited Partner means Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx.
Designated Entity shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement.
Senior citizen means that term as defined in section 514.
Public safety employee means a public employee who is employed as one of the following:
Deputy Minister means the Deputy Minister of the Ministry.
Employee organization means any organization, union, or
Member organization means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or association that belongs to an association.
Associated Company means any legal entity of which a person or company has direct or indirect Control and only as long as a person or company maintains direct or indirect Control.
Professional limited liability company means a limited
Company Joint Venture means, with respect to the Company, any corporation or other entity (including partnerships, limited liability companies and other business associations and joint ventures) in which the Company, directly or indirectly, owns an equity interest that does not have voting power under ordinary circumstances to elect a majority of the board of directors or other person performing similar functions but in which the Company has rights with respect to the management of such Person.
Community or broad-based enterprise means an enterprise that has an empowerment shareholder who represents a broad base of members such as a local community or where the benefits support a target group, for example black women, people living with disabilities, the youth and workers. Shares are held via direct equity, non-profit organisations and trusts.
