Associate Contract definition

Associate Contract shall have the meaning given in clause 1.9 of Part 4 of Schedule 1 to Annex 3;
Associate Contract means any contract, arrangement or understanding by which aservice provider provides covered services to an associate or a related body corporate.
Associate Contract means a contractual arrangement between a Contractor and an Associated Contractor for the performance of part of the work on the Project.
