Associate instructor means a person who is licensed by the commission to teach real estate courses while under the supervision of an administrator or principal instructor that satisfy the education requirements for a real estate license;

  • Principal instructor means the individual who has the primary responsibility for organizing and teaching a particular course.

  • Commander , in relation to an aircraft, means the member of the flight crew designated as commander of the aircraft by the operator thereof, or, failing such a person, the person who is for the time being the pilot in command of the aircraft;
