Associated Institution definition

Associated Institution means an associated institution as contemplated in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule;

Associated Institution means the overseas branch or head office of BEA, or BEA’s local or overseas subsidiary, affiliate orparent company;

Associated Institution means (i) any organization, corporation or government in which a Covered Individual is serving as an officer, director, trustee, partner or employee, that receives or may receive funding from IRENA or with which IRENA has an agreement, contract, grant or relationship; or (ii) any person, organization, corporation, government or similar institution with whom a Covered Individual is negotiating or has an arrangement concerning prospective employment.

Examples of Associated Institution in a sentence

• Applicants must be either graduates of the University of Edinburgh of at least five years' standing; or members of staff of the University of Edinburgh or of an Associated Institution of not less than three years' standing.

• Where the Principal/Lead Supervisor is an employee of an Associated Institution, the Assistant Supervisor(s) must be a University employee.

• A Principal/Lead Supervisor who is an employee of an Associated Institution has exactly the same responsibilities as one working within the University.

Associated Institution means an institution identified in Schedule “A” to this document that is a federate or affiliate of a publicly-assisted Institution

Associated Institution means, for the purposes of this Ordinance, any educational institution within the United Kingdom or elsewhere, the students of which are eligible jointly or severally for the grant of a degree, diploma, certificate of the University of Lancaster.

Associated Institution. Means (i) any institution, organization, corporation or government in which a Board Member Representative is serving as an officer, director, trustee, partner or employee, that receives or mayreceive funding from PMNCH or with which PMNCH has an agreement, contract, or relationship; or

Associated Institution in relation to an employer means an associated institution as defined in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule; 45
