Further, no Company Group Member is obligated by virtue of a take or pay payment, advance payment or other similar payment, to deliver Hydrocarbons attributable to the Properties or proceeds from the sale thereof at some future time without receiving payment therefor at or after the time of delivery (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, royalties and other amounts owing pursuant to the Association Contracts, Exploration Contracts or applicable Law).
