ASSOCIATION OF BUYERS definition

ASSOCIATION OF BUYERS means the condominium / association of the buyers / apartment owners in the Real Estate Project as the case may be, which shall be formed by the Promoters under the Applicable Laws;

  • On and from the date of execution of this Conveyance Deed, the Buyer shall be liable to bear and pay all common expenses in respect of the Apartment including the proportionate charges of all outgoings / charges in respect of the said Apartment and maintenance charges as may be levied by the Association of Buyers or Maintenance Agency, as the case may be, together with all rates, taxes, cesses, assessments, betterment charges, levies etc.
