Director of Public Works definition

Director of Public Works means the Director of the Department of Public Works, or his or her designee.

Director of Public Works means the Director of the Public Works Department or the Director’s authorized representative.

• If at any time within the period of the guaranty, any other part of the work constructed under the terms of this Contract shall in the opinion of the Director of Public Works require repairing, the Director shall notify the Contractor in writing to make the required repairs.
