Apartment Owners definition

Apartment Owners shall, according to its context, mean all allottees and/or intending allottees of different Apartments in the Buildings including the Promoter in respect of such Apartments as are not alienated and/or not agreed to be alienated for the time being by the Promoter;
Apartment Owners means all purchasers/Purchaser/s and/or intending purchasers/Purchaser/s of different Apartment Units/Flatsin the said Two Buildings(“GRANDEUR TOWER” & “MYRIAD TOWER”) of the Project “ORCHARD 126”,and shall also include the Vendors in respect of such Flat Units which are retained and/or not alienated and/or not agreed to be alienated for the time being;
Apartment Owners means the owners of the Apartment Strata Lots;

  • After obtaining the Full Completion/Occupancy certificate for the Project and handing over physical possession of all the Apartment Units of the Project to all the Apartment Owners, it shall be responsibility of the Promoter to complete the Common Areas and Facilities and hand over the necessary documents and plans, including Common Areas and Facilities, to the Association of Allottees of the Project as per the local laws.

  • Homeowners association” or “association” means a Florida corporation responsible for the operation of a community or a mobile home subdivision in which the voting membership is made up of parcel owners or their agents, or a combination thereof, and in which membership is a mandatory condition of parcel ownership, and which is authorized to impose assessments that, if unpaid, may become a lien on the parcel. The term “homeowners’ association” does not include a community development district or other similar special taxing district created pursuant to statute.

  • Said Apartment means the specific apartment applied for by the Applicant(s), details of which have been set out in this Application and includes any alternative apartment that may be allotted by the Company in lieu of the Said Apartment.

  • Single-family residence means a structure maintained and used as a single dwelling unit. Notwithstanding that a dwelling unit shares one or more walls with another dwelling unit, it is a single family residence if it has direct access to a street or thoroughfare and shares neither heating facilities, hot water equipment, nor any other essential facility or service with another dwelling unit.
