AT&T Party definition

AT&T Party means AT&T Corp., a New York corporation, or any of its Subsidiaries or any of the respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents of any of the foregoing, other than any AT&T Broadband Party and (y) "AT&T Broadband Party" shall mean AT&T Broadband Corp., a Delaware corporation, and its Subsidiaries.
AT&T Party means AT&T PCS and each Affiliate of AT&T PCS that is a ---------- party to any of the Related Agreements.

  • Market Party means any person or entity that is, or for purposes of the determinations to be made pursuant to Section 23.4.5.7 of this Attachment H proposes or plans a project that would be, a buyer or a seller in; or that makes bids or offers to buy or sell in; or that schedules or seeks to schedule Transactions with the ISO in or affecting any of the ISO Administered Markets including through the submission of bids or offers into any External Control Area, or any combination of the foregoing.

  • Project Party means each Person (other than the Borrowers) who is a party to a Project Document.

  • Recipient Party means the Party which receives Confidential Information from the other Party.

  • Innocent Party means, in relation to a breach of an obligation under this contract, the party who is not in breach of that obligation; "Insolvency Event", in relation to either of the parties, has occurred where:

  • Relevant Force Majeure Event means a Force Majeure Event in relation to which an Affected Party is claiming relief under this Clause 17; and

  • Transmission Service Provider means the entity that administers the transmission tariff and provides transmission service to transmission customers under applicable transmission service agreements.

  • Credit Party means the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank, the Swingline Lender or any other Lender.

  • Obligated Person means any person, including the Issuer, who is either generally or through an enterprise, fund, or account of such person committed by contract or other arrangement to support payment of all, or part of the obligations on the Bonds (other than providers of municipal bond insurance, letters of credit, or other liquidity facilities), as shown on Exhibit A.

  • Obligated Party has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.02.

  • Non-Party means any Person other than a Party to this Agreement.

  • Loan Party means the Borrower and each Guarantor.

  • Third Party Provider means licensors, subcontractors and suppliers of BNYM furnishing the Third Party Products.

  • Restricted Person shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9(i).

  • FOIA Party means a Person that, in the reasonable determination of the Board of Directors, may be subject to, and thereby required to disclose non-public information furnished by or relating to the Company under, the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552 (“FOIA”), any state public records access law, any state or other jurisdiction’s laws similar in intent or effect to FOIA, or any other similar statutory or regulatory requirement.
