Attendant Documents definition

Attendant Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 below.
Attendant Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).
Attendant Documents means the documents, instruments, and agreements required to be executed or delivered by any Party in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Escrow Agreement, the Co-Existence Agreement, the License Agreement, and the assignments of Intellectual Property.

  • This Agreement, and all of the Attendant Documents to which Purchaser is a party, when executed and delivered, will constitute legal, valid and binding obligations of Purchaser enforceable against Purchaser in accordance with their respective terms.

Related to Attendant Documents

  • Relevant Documents has the meaning specified in Section 11.02.
