Agreement Documents definition

Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
Agreement Documents means all of the following documents:

  • The Agreement Documents are intended to be complementary and interpreted in harmony so as to avoid conflict, with words and phrases interpreted in a manner consistent with construction and design industry standards.

  • Neither Contractor nor City will, without the written consent of the other assign, transfer or sublet any portion of this Agreement or part of the Work or the obligations required by the Agreement Documents, any such assignment will be void, will transfer no rights to the purported assignee, and would be a material breach of the Agreement.

  • All direct and indirect costs of City in exercising such rights will be charged against Contractor in an amount verified by City representative, and a Change Order will be issued incorporating the necessary revisions in the Agreement Documents and a reduction in the Agreement Price.


More Definitions of Agreement Documents

Agreement Documents means the documents listed in Article 5 of this Agreement.

Agreement Documents means 1) Project Sponsor’s approved on-line application (“Application”) and Customer Agreement, attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated by reference herein, 2) the LMSOP Manual (“LMSOP Manual”), which is incorporated by reference herein, and 3) this Agreement together with any and all other exhibits, addenda, or amendments referenced in the Agreement Documents or made a part thereof in accordance with this Agreement; as the same may be amended from time to time. To the extent of any conflict between this Agreement and other Agreement Documents, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Agreement Documents means the Documentation, the Order Form and Service Schedules.
