Attested Time definition

Attested Time means time spent remedying issues related to the Data Breach, as provided in Section III of this Agreement.
Attested Time means time spent remedying issues related to the Data Incident.
Attested Time means time spent remedying issues related to the Met Opera Data Security Incident, as provided in Section II of this Agreement.

Examples of Attested Time in a sentence

  • To the extent the Settlement Administrator determines a claim for Out- of-Pocket Losses or Attested Time is deficient in whole or part, within a reasonable time of making such a determination, the Settlement Administrator shall notify the Settlement Class Member of the deficiencies and give the Settlement Class Member twenty-one (21) days to cure the deficiencies.

  • The Settlement Administrator shall have the sole discretion and authority to determine whether the prerequisites have been met in order to award payments of Attested Time, but may consult with Class Counsel in making individual determinations.

  • I further understand that my failure to check this box may render my Claim for Attested Time null and void.

  • Settlement Class Members can receive reimbursement of Attested Time with a brief description of the actions taken in response to the Data Security Incident and the time associated with each action.

  • Claims for Attested Time are capped at One Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($100.00) per individual.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Originator agrees to sell (without recourse except to the extent specifically provided herein) or contribute to the Buyer on the Closing Date and on each Business Day thereafter (each such date, a “Transfer Date”, and each such sale or contribution, a “Transfer”) all Receivables owned by it on each such Transfer Date, and the Buyer agrees to purchase or acquire as a capital contribution all such Receivables on each such Transfer Date.

  • I further certify that any documentation that I have submitted in support of my Claim for Attested Time consists of unaltered documents in my possession.

  • All Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for reimbursement of Attested Time up to five (5) hours at twenty-five dollars ($25) per hour.

  • The Settlement Administrator shall have the sole discretion and authority to determine whether the prerequisites have been met in order to award payments of Attested Time but may consult with Class Counsel in making individual determinations.

  • In such an event, no Net Settlement Funds will be distributed for Approved Claims of Attested Time or Alternative Cash Payments.
