ATV Business definition

ATV Business means a commercial operation (either an individual or a company) that earns money by selling, repairing, maintaining, storing, servicing or parking ATV(s).
ATV Business means all businesses that sell, rent, or guide ATVs or otherwise provide a client experience involving an ATV, including ATV sales and ATV outfitter, guide service, and rental businesses, to the extent permitted in this Title 5 and the Grand County Land Use Code. References to ATV Business shall include its owners, agents, and guides when acting in an official capacity for the ATV Business.
