Examples of Auction Cancellation Date in a sentence
On each Business Day from, and including, the relevant Auction Currency Fixing Date to, and including, the earlier of (i) the Auction Final Price Determination Date and (ii) the Auction Cancellation Date, the Administrators will determine whether an Auction Currency Rate can be determined for any Relevant Pairing in accordance with Section 2(a) of these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms.
The Valuation Date shall be a Business Day selected by Buyer that is at least five (5) Business Days after the occurrence of an Auction Cancellation Date, a No Auction Announcement Date or such other date as referred to in Section6.1 of the Credit Derivatives Definitions (as the case may be) upon which it is determined that the Fallback Settlement Method shall apply.
The Administrators and ISDA will announce the occurrence of an Auction Cancellation Date on their respective websites.
