Audit Certification Form means the form, as specified in the GLO Guidance Documents, that Subrecipient will complete and submit to the GLO annually, in accordance with Section 4.01 of this Contract, to identify Subrecipient’s fiscal year expenditures.

Examples of Audit Certification Form in a sentence

  • For any fiscal year ending within or immediately after the Contract Term, Subrecipient must submit an "Audit Certification Form" (available from the Department) within sixty (60) days after the Subrecipient's fiscal year end.
