Audit Certification Form definition

Audit Certification Form means the form, as specified in the GLO Guidance Documents, that Subrecipient will complete and submit to the GLO annually, in accordance with Section 4.01 of this Contract, to identify Subrecipient’s fiscal year expenditures.
Audit Certification Form means the form, as specified in the GLO Guidance Documents, that Developer will complete and submit to the GLO annually, in accordance with Section 4.01 of this Contract, to identify Developer’s fiscal year expenditures.

Examples of Audit Certification Form in a sentence

  • For any fiscal year ending within or one year after the Contract Term, Subrecipient must submit an "Audit Certification Form" (available from the Department) within sixty (60) days after the Subrecipient's fiscal year end.

  • An applicant is not eligible to apply for funds or any other assistance from the Department unless a past audit or Audit Certification Form has been submitted to the Department in a satisfactory format on or before the application deadline for funds or other assistance per 10 TAC §1.3(b).
