The Audit Committee shall have and may exercise such powers, authority and responsibilities as may be granted to it pursuant to the Audit Committee Charter of the Company as in effect from time to time.
The responsibilities and duties of the Audit Committee shall be set forth in an Audit Committee Charter that shall be approved by the entire Board of Directors, from time to time.
