  • The cost to retain the Authority Construction Representative shall be paid as part of the Project Cash Budget out of the Authority Contribution Amount.

Authority Contribution Amount means an amount determined from time to time, which amount shall take into account the timing when each contribution was initially made relative to the date of calculation, equal to the sum of the Authority Initial Contribution plus any amounts deposited into the Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund pursuant to paragraph (f) of subsection 4 of Section 32 of the Act.
