Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund definition

Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund means the fund established by the Authority pursuant to subsection 3 of Section 27 of the Act to receive and reserve funds for payment of expenses incurred in connection with Capital Work for the Premises.
Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund shall have the meaning set forth in the Stadium Lease.

  • Amounts remaining in the Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund on the Term Expiration Date shall remain the property of the Authority and StadCo shall not have any right or claim thereto.

  • Any dispute between the Authority and StadCo under this Section 7.7 (Creation of and Distribution from Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund) shall be resolved by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures.

  • The Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund Custodian shall maintain the Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund on behalf of the Authority.

  • Revenue from the operation or sale by the Authority of all Authority Supplemental Stadium Parking Facilities shall be annually placed by the Authority into the Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund.

  • The Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund shall not be pledged for any purpose and may be used only for the purposes provided in this Agreement.

  • Within thirty (30) days following the Authority’s use of the Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund or StadCo Capital Projects Fund for such purposes, the Authority shall provide to StadCo evidence of such expenses, including invoices, purchase orders, bills of sale or other similar documents.

  • The amounts available in the Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund from time to time shall be invested by the Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund Custodian (after conferring in advance with StadCo) in Permitted Investments permitted to be made under Applicable Law with respect to the investment of public funds.

  • Upon receipt, the Authority shall deposit the amount of such liquidated damages into the Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund established under the Stadium Lease.

  • The Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund shall be applied exclusively to fund expenses incurred in connection with Capital Work.

  • Pursuant to Section 19 of the Act, the Authority has created the Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund into which the Authority will deposit annually the funds required by subsection 4(f) of Section 32 of the Act.

  • Capital Projects means the acquisition of any interest in land, including improvements on the

  • Capital Project means a project consisting of the construction, rehabilitation, demolition, relocation, preservation, acquisition, or other physical improvement that is an integral part of, or is necessary for completion of a Project.

  • Infrastructure fund means the renewable fuel infrastructure fund created in section 159A.16.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Environmental Management Framework or “EMF” means the Environmental Management Framework adopted in April 2009 by IDCOL (as hereinafter defined) detailing the measures proposed to address the adverse environmental and social impact of investments under the Project.

  • Environmental Management Plan or “EMP” means the environmental management plan for the Project, including any update thereto, incorporated in the IEE;

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 CFR 184.4.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Renewable energy project means (A) a project

  • Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region. On-Site Generators:

  • Generation Unit means a facility that converts a fuel or an energy resource into electrical energy.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.

  • Investment Project means an investment in qualified buildings

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the implementation unit for the Project referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Hospital practice protocol means a written plan, policy, procedure, or agreement that authorizes drug therapy management between hospital pharmacists and physicians within a hospital and the hospital’s clinics as developed and determined by the hospital’s P&T committee. Such a protocol may apply to all pharmacists and physicians at a hospital or the hospital’s clinics or only to those pharmacists and physicians who are specifically recognized. A hospital practice protocol shall comply with the requirements of subrule 8.34(3).

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.
