Authority ICT System definition

Authority ICT System means the Authority’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Authority or the Contractor in connection with the Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Authority by a third party and which interfaces with the Contractor ICT System or which is necessary for the Authority to receive the Services.
Authority ICT System means the Authority’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Authority or the Provider in connection with the Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Authority by a third party and which interfaces with the Provider ICT System or which is necessary for the Authority to receive the Services.

Examples of Authority ICT System in a sentence

  • The Authority’s Security Requirements include, but are not limited to, requirements regarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Authority Assets, the Authority ICT System and the Contractor System.

  • Such Security Test shall be carried out (i) at least annually, (ii) in the event of a material change in the Contractor System or in the Authority ICT System or (iii) at the request of the Authority which request may include, but is not limited to, a repeat of a previous Security Test.

  • Authority Data means a) the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which are:

  • Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.

  • Regulator means, with respect to any person, any Government Authority charged with regulating, supervising or examining such person and its Affiliates.

  • Foreign central authority means the entity designated by a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv) to perform the functions specified in the Convention.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Clearance System means the principal domestic clearance system customarily used for settling trades with respect to the Underlying as determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith.

  • Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority shall have the meaning given by Section 2(a)(50) of the 0000 Xxx.

  • Health Authority means the regional health board designated under the Health Authority Act, RSBC 1996, c.180, or the Provincial Health Services Authority, to which the Participant is designated under Schedule 1 (Return of Service Placement Process) of this Contract, unless designated otherwise by the Province;

  • Central authority means the entity designated by the United States or a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv) to perform the functions specified in the Convention.

  • Authority Having Jurisdiction means a federal, state, local, or other regional department, or an individual such as a fire marshal, building official, electrical inspector, utility provider or other individual having statutory authority.

  • Football Authority means each of the Premier League, The Football League, The Football Association, The Football Association of Wales, FIFA, UEFA and other relevant governing body of association football.
