Authority ICT System definition

Authority ICT System means the Authority’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Authority or the Contractor in connection with the Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Authority by a third party and which interfaces with the Contractor ICT System or which is necessary for the Authority to receive the Services.

  • Such Security Test shall be carried out (i) at least annually, (ii) in the event of a material change in the Contractor System or in the Authority ICT System or (iii) at the request of the Authority which request may include, but is not limited to, a repeat of a previous Security Test.

  • The Contractor warrants that neither it nor its employees agents or subcontractors will use the Authority’s ICT System or any Relevant Data for any purpose other than that stated in clause 10.2.2 or cause any accidental or malicious damage to the Authority ICT System or any Relevant Data, and shall indemnify the Authority against any Direct Losses sustained or incurred by the Authority in connection with any breach of this warranty.

  • Subject to the Contractor notifying the Authority of each Outcome and inputting such information onto the Authority ICT System as the Authority specifies in the Provider Guidance (and in the format specified) and to the provisions of Clause C2.2, Outcome Payments will be generated in accordance with this Clause C and the provisions of Schedule 4.

  • Foreign central authority means the entity designated by a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv) to perform the functions specified in the Convention.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.
