Examples of Authority Indemnified Persons in a sentence
If StadCo fails to make any payment of any sums payable by StadCo to the Authority Indemnified Persons on the date due, which failure shall continue for thirty (30) days, then such payment shall bear interest at the Default Rate, payable from the date such payment was fixed and due to the date of payment thereof.
