Authority Indemnified Persons definition

Authority Indemnified Persons shall have the meaning set forth in 37.1.1

Authority Indemnified Persons means the Authority and its elected officials, appointed officials, board members, volunteers, officers, employees, agents, and attorneys.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 13.9 does not require StadCo to indemnify and defend the Authority Indemnified Persons and the Metropolitan Government Indemnified Persons for Losses resulting from willful misconduct or grossly negligent acts or omissions of the Authority Indemnified Persons and the Metropolitan Government Indemnified Persons.
