Authority Party definition

Authority Party means any of the Authority's agents, contractors and sub‑contractors of any tier and its or their directors, officers and employees and/or [Community Services Providers] ] [and any of the Community Services Providers’ agents, contractors and sub-contractors of any tier and its or their directors, officers and employees] at the Facilities with the authority of the Authority but excluding hubco, any hubco Party and statutory undertakers and utilities and "Authority Parties" shall be construed accordingly
Authority Party means, individually, the Authority and each of its officers, employees, agents and legal representatives.
Authority Party or “Authority Parties” means the Province and BCTFA.

  • The Authority shall give the Lessee prompt and timely notice of any Claims made or instituted against it or any other Authority Party, of which it has knowledge, relating to any matter which in any way may result in indemnification pursuant to Section 9.01(a).

  • Save to the extent provided in clause 11.4 (Local Authority indemnities to the LEP) or as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement the Local Authority shall not be liable to the LEP or any LEP Party in respect of any negligent act or omission of the Local Authority or any Local Authority Party relating to or in connection with this Agreement and the LEP shall procure that no LEP Party shall bring such a claim against the Local Authority.
