Authority Party definition

Authority Party means any of the Authority's agents, contractors and sub‑contractors of any tier and its or their directors, officers and employees and/or [Community Services Providers] ] [and any of the Community Services Providers’ agents, contractors and sub-contractors of any tier and its or their directors, officers and employees] at the Facilities with the authority of the Authority but excluding hubco, any hubco Party and statutory undertakers and utilities and "Authority Parties" shall be construed accordingly
Authority Party means, individually, the Authority and each of its officers, employees, agents and legal representatives.
Authority Party or “Authority Parties” means the Province and BCTFA.
