Security Party definition

Security Party means the Corporate Guarantor, the Approved Manager and any other person (except a Creditor Party) who, as a surety or mortgagor, as a party to any subordination or priorities arrangement, or in any similar capacity, executes a document falling within the final paragraph of the definition ofFinance Documents”;
Security Party means each Borrower, the Corporate Guarantor, the Manager, each Refund Guarantor and the Builder or any other person who may at any time be a party to any of the Security Documents (other than the Bank);
Security Party means any one of them.
