Authorised Authority Representative definition

Authorised Authority Representative means the Authority representative named in CCN as authorised to approve agreed Variations to the Contract.

  • C2.7 If the payment provisions as agreed by the Authority and set out in the Pricing Schedule expressly provide that the Authority may be charged for plant which is on standby then in circumstances where such plant was waiting to be transferred between Premises or where the Authorised Authority Representative had instructed that the plant be retained on the Premises then a standby charge of 60% of agreed rates may be made in respect of such relevant periods as supported by timesheets.
