Authorized Advisor definition

Authorized Advisor is such other person(s), who is an advisor to receiving party necessary for the Purposes described first above, who disclosing party in writing has authorized to receive Proprietary Information of disclosing party, and who agrees in writing to the satisfaction of disclosing party to be bound by the terms hereof. Proprietary Information may not be reproduced or copied, in part or in whole, without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

  • RFR Administrator means the XXXXX Administrator or the SARON Administrator, as applicable.

  • Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.
