Authorized Participant Agreement definition

Authorized Participant Agreement means an agreement among the Trustee, the Sponsor and an Authorized Participant that authorizes the Authorized Participant to submit Purchase Orders and Redemption Orders under this Agreement.

Authorized Participant Agreement means each Authorized Participant Agreement among the Authorized Participant, the Trustee and the Sponsor into which these Creation and Redemption Procedures are attached as Schedule 1 and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached as Schedule 2 shall have been incorporated by reference.

Authorized Participant Agreement means the Authorized Participant Agreement to which these Procedures are attached as Schedule 1.

• The Authorized Participant agrees that it will maintain such registrations, qualifications, and membership in good standing and in full force and effect throughout the term of the Authorized Participant Agreement.

More Definitions of Authorized Participant Agreement

Authorized Participant Agreement means an agreement entered into between an Authorized Participant, the Trustee and the Management Company setting out the roles and responsibilities of each party and includes, among other things, the terms and procedures for the issuance and redemption of Creation Units.

Authorized Participant Agreement means an agreement entered into by each Authorized Participant that provides the procedures for the creation and redemption of Creation Baskets and for the delivery of the bitcoin and/or cash required for such creations and redemptions.

Authorized Participant Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in the Trust Agreement.
