Payment Method means a payment method that Stripe accepts as part of the Stripe Payments Services (e.g., a Visa credit card, Klarna).
Authorized Amount means $ , the maximum principal amount of the Funding Loan under this Funding Loan Agreement.
Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;
Authorized Purchaser means an individual authorized by a Participating Entity to place orders against this contract.
Authorized Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 22.
Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Settlement Method Election Date With respect to any Settlement of any Transaction, the 2nd Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding (x) the Valuation Date for such Transaction, in the case of Physical Settlement, or (y) the First Unwind Date for such Transaction, in the case of Cash Settlement or Net Share Settlement.
Default Settlement Method means Combination Settlement with a Specified Dollar Amount of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes; provided, however, that the Company may, from time to time, change the Default Settlement Method by sending notice of the new Default Settlement Method to the Holders, the Trustee and the Conversion Agent.
Redemption Notice Date means, with respect to a Redemption, the date on which the Company sends the Redemption Notice for such Redemption pursuant to Section 4.03(F).
Authorized Participant means a Person that, at the time of submitting a Purchase Order or a Redemption Order (i) is a registered broker-dealer, (ii) is a DTC Participant or an Indirect Participant and (iii) has in effect a valid Authorized Participant Agreement.
Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:
Redemption Call Purchase Price has the meaning set out in Section 5.2(a).
Authorized Party means the person who is authorized to approve an Award, exercise discretion, or take action under the Administrative Procedure for the Performance Share Program and pursuant to the Program. With regard to Senior Officers, the Committee is the Authorized Party. With regard to other Employees, the Chief Executive Officer, acting as the Special Equity Award Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, is the Authorized Party, although the Committee may act concurrently as the Authorized Party.
Make-Whole Redemption Margin means the margin specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.
Settlement Method means, with respect to any conversion of Notes, Physical Settlement, Cash Settlement or Combination Settlement, as elected (or deemed to have been elected) by the Company.
Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, $______, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Debenture.
Maximum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Authorized Allocation means an amount equivalent to $500,000 to be withdrawn from the Credit Account and deposited into the Special Account pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of this Schedule.
Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
Redemption/Distribution Notice has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(e) of Annex I.
Redemption Notices means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Notices and the Company Optional Redemption Notices, and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Redemption Notice.”
Redemption Order Date shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 7.1(b).
Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
prepayment meter means a meter that can be programmed to allow the flow of pre-purchased amounts of energy in an electrical circuit;
Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;
Early Redemption Amount (k) means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.
