Authorized Payment Method definition

Authorized Payment Method means a current, valid, payment method accepted by us, as may be updated from time to time and which may include payment through your account with a third party.

  • Tango will be entitled to charge the full amount of Fees stipulated under these Terms of Service to your Authorized Payment Method ignoring any such deduction or withholding that may be required.You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, withholding, reporting, and remitting applicable taxes, duties, fees, surcharges and additional charges that arise from or as a result of any sale on your Tango Store or your use of the Services.

  • The Subscription will be charged to the Client's Authorized Payment Method.

  • Kitch will charge any applicable Charges to any payment method that the Client authorizes ("Authorized Payment Method"), and Xxxxx will continue to make charges to the Authorized Payment Method for the applicable Charges for as long as the Services continue to be provided and until the outstanding Charges are paid in full.

  • Payment Method means a payment method that Stripe accepts as part of the Stripe Payments Services (e.g., a Visa credit card, Klarna).
