Authorized Routes definition

Authorized Routes means the Public Right-of-Way within the Town as set forth on the maps attached as Exhibit A, as such routes may be modified from time to time during the term of this Agreement upon LAHCF’s request and with the written approval of the City Engineer.
Authorized Routes means the specific Public Right-of-Way set forth on the map attached as Exhibit A. Exhibit A may be modified during the term of this Agreement with the approval of the City Engineer. The City Engineer's approval must be obtained prior to any construction by CORPORATION in any section of the Public Right-of-Way.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and all applicable Laws, the City hereby licenses and permits CORPORATION to construct, install, maintain, locate, move, operate, place, protect, reconstruct, reinstall, relocate, remove, and replace (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Construct" or "Construction") the Facilities in, under, over, across and along the Public Right-of-Way in the Authorized Routes for the purposes of providing Telecommunications Services.

  • The following definitions shall be added to Section 1.01 of the Agreement: “Tourist Flight” or “Tourist Flight Operations” means an aircraft first taking off from DMH, then flying along the Authorized Routes, and then landing back at DMH.

  • Legally authorized representative of an individual, including as provided in 45 CFR 435.923 (authorized representative); 45 CFR 164.502(g)(1) (personal representative); Tex. Occ. Code § 151.002(6); Tex. H. & S. Code §166.164 (medical power of attorney); and Texas Estates Code § 22.031 (representative).

  • Specifically Authorized Representative (SAR), as used in this clause, means any person the Contracting Officer has so designated by written notice (a copy of which shall be provided to the Contractor) which shall refer to this subparagraph and shall be issued to the designated representative before the SAR exercises such authority.
