Authorized Users definition

Authorized Users means an individual or individuals with an authorized business requirement to access DSHS Confidential Information.

Authorized Users means Your employees, agents, representatives, contractors or customers whom You provide access to the Program.

Authorized Users means all Persons authorized by the State to access and use the Software under this Contract, subject to the maximum number of users specified in the applicable Statement of Work.

• Lessee will not sublease or re-lease any Leased Spaces to any third party, including but not limited to Authorized Users, at a cost greater than the cost Lessee pays the City for the same.

• The expulsion of Lessee by the City shall not be construed as an election on the City’s part to terminate this Agreement unless a written notice of such intention is given to Lessee and the Authorized Users.

• The City will issue up to 185 access cards to the Authorized Users (or coordinate with Lessee with respect to same) for accessing the Parking Lot.

• Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer is responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized User that would constitute a breach of this Agreement if taken by Customer will be deemed a breach of this Agreement by Customer.

• During any period when any Parking Spaces are not available for use, the City will make every commercially reasonable effort to provide alternate parking spaces located in close proximity to the Project available for use by Authorized Users.

More Definitions of Authorized Users

Authorized Users means Customer’s: (i) employees, and (ii) contractors working on Customer’s premises who are not competitors of MSC and have agreed in writing to use restrictions and confidentiality obligations no less restrictive than those set forth in this Agreement. Customer shall at all times be responsible for its Authorized Users’ compliance with this Agreement.

Authorized Users means Authorized Persons and Permitted Users.

Authorized Users means any individual to whom Customer grants access authorization in compliance with a SAP software license to use the SAP Service that is an employee, agent, contractor or representative of (i) the Customer, (ii) Customer's Affiliates, and/or (iii) Customer’s and Customer’s Affiliates’ Business Partners (as defined under the Software License and Support Agreement).

Authorized Users means those representatives of Subscriber that are permitted to access and use the Platform on Subscriber’s behalf.

Authorized Users means any individual (a) authorized by Customer to access the Services and (b) that has been supplied access credentials to the InterPayments Portal by Customer (or by InterPayments, at Customer’s request).
