Authorized States definition

Authorized States means the states expressly set forth in SCHEDULE A of this Agreement.
Authorized States means the States of Hawaii, California, Oregon, Washington and Colorado.

  • Customer wishes to engage the services of IMS to administer certain of the Customer's obligations as a WYO Company in the state(s) ("Authorized States") set forth in SCHEDULE A.

Grantee shall also have the right to disclose trade secrets in a document filed in a lawsuit or other proceeding, but only if the filing is made under seal and protected from public disclosure. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to conflict with 18 U.S.C. § 1833(b) or create liability for disclosures of trade secrets that are expressly allowed by 18 U.S.C. § 1833(b).

  • Authorized Amount means $ , the maximum principal amount of the Funding Loan under this Funding Loan Agreement.

  • Authorized Trader means any natural person associated with a Participant and, if applicable, a DMA Customer who (i) has TradingAccess to the SEF operated by BSEF using a Participant ID and (ii) is assigned a valid Trader ID.

  • international application means an application filed under this Treaty;

  • Locational UCAP means unforced capacity that a Member with available uncommitted capacity sells in a bilateral transaction to a Member that previously committed capacity through an RPM Auction but now requires replacement capacity to fulfill its RPM Auction commitment. The Locational UCAP Seller retains responsibility for performance of the resource providing such replacement capacity.

  • Armed forces of the United States means the army, navy, air force, coast guard, or marine corps of the United States or a reserve unit of one of those branches of the armed forces.

  • Manufactured in the United States means produced by a process in which the manufacturing, final assembly, processing, packaging, testing, and any other process that adds value, quality, or reliability to assembled articles, materials, or supplies, occur in the United States.

  • U.S. Government Securities Business Day means any day except for (a) a Saturday, (b) a Sunday or (c) a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association recommends that the fixed income departments of its members be closed for the entire day for purposes of trading in United States government securities.

  • International Student means a student holding a student visa for the purpose of obtaining an education in Australia and includes a student on a study abroad or international exchange program;

  • Authorized Branches means those Branches of Distributors or Distribution Companies which are allowed by the Management Company to deal in Units of the Funds managed by the Management Company.

  • Authorized Affiliate means Customer's Affiliate(s) which (a) are subject to Data Protection Laws; (b) are permitted to use the Service pursuant to the Agreement between Customer and Webflow; and (c) have not signed their own Agreement with Webflow and are not "Customers" as defined under this DPA.
