The Custodian shall identify on its books as belonging to the Funds the foreign securities held by each Foreign Sub-Custodian or Foreign Securities System.
Foreign securities shall be maintained in a Foreign Securities System in a designated country only through arrangements implemented by the Foreign Sub-Custodian in such country pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
The Custodian shall pay out, or direct the respective Eligible Foreign Custodian or the respective Foreign Securities System to pay out, cash of a Portfolio only upon receipt of, and in accordance with, Proper Instructions specifying the amount of the payment and the person or persons to payment is to be made.
