Authorized Test Units definition

Authorized Test Units means Apple-branded hardware units owned or controlled by You that have been designated by You for Your own testing and development purposes under this Program, and if You permit, Apple-branded hardware units owned or controlled by Your Authorized Developers so long as such units are used for testing and development purposes on Your behalf and only as permitted hereunder.

  • By installing or using pre-release versions of iOS, watchOS, tvOS, iPadOS, visionOS, or macOS on Your Authorized Test Units, You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries and agents have Your permission to Collect all such information and use it as set forth above in this Section.

Related to Authorized Test Units

  • Authorized Trader means any natural person associated with a Participant and, if applicable, a DMA Customer who (i) has TradingAccess to the SEF operated by BSEF using a Participant ID and (ii) is assigned a valid Trader ID.

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:

  • Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.

  • Beam axis means a line from the source through the centers of the x-ray fields.

  • Assistive technology device means any item, piece of equipment, or product system that is used to increase, maintain, or improve the functional capacities of a child with a disability.

  • Assistive technology means the devices, aids, controls, supplies, or appliances described in OAR 411-300-0150 that are purchased to provide support for a child and replace the need for direct interventions to enable self-direction of care and maximize independence of the child.

  • Authorized Services shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement.

  • Background IP means all IP and IP Rights owned or controlled by Seller prior to the effective date or outside the scope of this Contract.

  • Maximum design heat input means the ability of a unit to combust a stated maximum amount of fuel per hour on a steady state basis, as determined by the physical design and physical characteristics of the unit.
