Authorized Third Party definition

Authorized Third Party means an entity that:
Authorized Third Party means a person approved in writing by the resident on a DSHS Form 17-063 (Authorization to disclose re- cords), who may request and have access to the resident clinical file under chapter 71.09 RCW or the resident's medical records under chap- ter 70.02 RCW.
Authorized Third Party means any third party authorized by Customer to access and use Qlik Products.

  • In the event User desires to terminate the provision of Services to an Authorized Third Party, User must submit written notice to Cboe FX that identifies the name of the Authorized Third Party and the effective date of such termination.

  • Customer assumes sole and entire liability for the content processed and/or made available on the Customer Application and/or by its Affiliates and/or any Authorized Third Party.

  • In order for a party to be approved as an Authorized Third Party, User must submit a request to Cboe FX that includes the name and contact information of the party to whom connectivity will be provided.

Authorized Third Party means a person authorized by you to initiate trades or close existing trades using your account details.
