Authorizing proceedings definition

Authorizing proceedings means the resolution, legislation, trust agreement, certification and other agreements, instruments, and documents, as amended and supplemented, authorizing, or providing for the security or sale or award of, notes, and includes the provisions set forth or incorporated in those notes and proceedings.
