Automatic Contribution definition

Automatic Contribution means a contribution of Deferred or Deferred Cafeteria Plan Contributions made in the event an eligible Employee makes no election regarding his or her contributions under Section 3.1. An Automatic Contribution shall be implemented and may be changed as provided in Section 3.3. The Automatic Contribution amount shall be as set forth in this Section.
Automatic Contribution means the Employer Automatic Contribution made to the Plan on behalf of a Participant pursuant to Section 3.09.
Automatic Contribution means a contribution on behalf of a ---------------------- Participant by an Employer pursuant to paragraph (c) of Article VI.
