Automotive Lease Guide definition

Automotive Lease Guide means the publication of such name, which includes residual factors, or any successor publication.
Automotive Lease Guide means (a) if available, the publication of such name which includes residual factors or any successor to such publication consented to by the Administrative Agent and each Group Agent or (b) if such publication described in clause (a) is not available, any other publication reasonably acceptable to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Automotive Lease Guide means, with respect to any Closed-End Vehicle and the related Closed-End Lease, the Automotive Lease Guide prepared and published by Automotive Lease Guide, LLC, which edition is the most current at the inception of such Closed-End Lease.
