The takeoff performance is based on no engine bleed for air conditioning or thermal anti-icing and the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) turned off unless otherwise specified.

Tenant shall repair all damage caused by the installation, use, maintenance or operation of the Auxiliary Power Equipment.

If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may remove the Auxiliary Power Equipment and store or dispose of it in any manner Landlord deems appropriate without liability to Tenant; Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all costs incurred by Landlord in connection therewith within ten days after Landlord’s request therefor.
