Minimum Output definition

Minimum Output the meaning attributed to it in Grid Code BC 2.A.3.1;
Minimum Output means, for the particular Billing Year, the minimum amount of Output (in kWh) as set forth on Schedule 6 (Annual Contract Quantity).
Minimum Output. The minimum net electrical power level at which a Unit can be reliably maintained in service on a continuous basis as established by the Operating Agent with the approval of the Plant Representatives.
