Minimum Output definition

Minimum Output the meaning attributed to it in Grid Code BC 2.A.3.1;
Minimum Output means, for the particular Billing Year, the minimum amount of Output (in kWh) as set forth on Schedule 6 (Annual Contract Quantity).
Minimum Output. The minimum net electrical power level at which a Unit can be reliably maintained in service on a continuous basis as established by the Operating Agent with the approval of the Plant Representatives.

  • If such obstruction is installed by Purchaser and no emergency exists, and such obstruction has the effect of decreasing the Output of the System below the Minimum Output for the relevant Billing Year (as pro rated for a Billing Month basis) for a period of two (2) Billing Months or longer, the Parties shall promptly meet and discuss options for removal of said obstruction, if capable of removal.

  • The Guaranteed Minimum Output Performance shall be calculated as 90% of the Expected Performance per Section "Calculation of Expected Performance Output and Guarantee of Minimum Output Performance" of this PPA and as tabulated below.

Related to Minimum Output

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Minimum Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.1(d).

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.
