Auxiliary System definition

Auxiliary System means a system to serve a portion of a residence, a pool house, or other adjunct facility.
Auxiliary System means any mechanism or structure, other than the carbody, which functions during Locomotive operation, e.g., lighting, communications, etc.
Auxiliary System and "Existing Plant" have the meanings assigned to those terms in the Operating Agreement.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, Operator shall not make any alterations, improvements or additions to the Existing Plant, including the Auxiliary System (collectively "alterations") without the prior written consent of Owner, which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld.

  • All alterations, improvements and additions made to the Existing Plant, except the Auxiliary System, and whether or not affixed or moveable, shall upon installation become the property of the Owner.

  • Delivery System means the design and construction
