Available Amount Certificate definition

Available Amount Certificate means the certificate in the form of Exhibit I hereto, or in such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, to be delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Sections 7.2(j), 7.3, 8.5 and 8.25 hereof.
