Available Amount Certificate definition

Available Amount Certificate means the certificate in the form of Exhibit I hereto, or in such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, to be delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Sections 7.2(j), 7.3, and 8.5 hereof.
Available Amount Certificate shall have the meaning specified in Section 3(a).
Available Amount Certificate a certificate, reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, evidencing calculation of the Available Amount.
