Available Interest Amounts definition

Available Interest Amounts means, with respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) the amounts distributed by the Servicer or the Trustee (acting in accordance with instructions of the Servicer) for application under this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.11(h) and 4.11(l) of Article IV under Section 8 of the Supplement plus (b) Investment Earnings, if any, available to be paid from the Class C Spread Account pursuant to Section 2.5 plus (c) amounts paid to the Trust pursuant to the Class C Cap.
Available Interest Amounts means, with respect to any Distribution Date or the related Collection Period, the sum of (i) an amount equal to the product of (a) the Floating Allocation Percentage for such Collection Period and (b) the Allocable Non-Principal Collections deposited in the Collection Account for such Collection Period and (ii) the Investment Proceeds for such Collection Period.
Available Interest Amounts as defined in the Class D-1 Purchase Agreement if the Class D-1 Purchase Agreement is in effect, or (B) otherwise, paid to the holder of the Exchangeable Seller Certificate.

  • The Issuer shall reallocate and redistribute certain excess Available Interest Amounts to cover Series Available Interest Amount Shortfalls incurred by other series as specified in the related Indenture Supplements.

Available Interest Amounts means, for each Interest Payment Date, an amount equal to the aggregate of (without double-counting):

Related to Available Interest Amounts

  • Available Interest With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts with respect to the prior Monthly Period:

  • Advance Interest Amount means interest payable on Advances, as specified in the Servicing Agreement or Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

  • Interest Amount means, in relation to a Note and an Interest Period, the amount of interest payable in respect of that Note for that Interest Period;

  • Daily Interest Amount means an amount calculated by multiplying the Daily Loan Balance of a Loan by the associated Daily Interest Rate on that Loan.

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Monthly Excess Interest Amount With respect to each Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the Interest Funds for such Distribution Date exceeds the aggregate amount distributed on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.04(b) (other than the last clause thereof).

  • Unpaid Interest Amounts As of any Distribution Date and any Class of Certificates, the sum of (a) the portion of the Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount from Distribution Dates prior to the current Distribution Date remaining unpaid immediately prior to the current Distribution Date and (b) interest on the amount in clause (a) above at the applicable Pass-Through Rate (to the extent permitted by applicable law).

  • Note Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date and a Class of Notes, the sum of the Note Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Note Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Class of Notes.   • Certificate Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Certificate Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.

  • Available Investor Principal Collections means with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections and Reallocated Class B Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.12 are required to fund the Class A Required Amount and the Class B Required Amount, plus (c) the amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to Group One that are allocated to Series 1999-E in accordance with subsection 4.13(b).

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof. The Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as an "outside reserve fund" under applicable Treasury regulations and shall not be part of any REMIC. Except as provided in Section 3.05(h) hereof, any investment earnings on the amounts on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as owned by the Depositor and will be taxable to the Depositor.

Such amount shall be determined separately for each Loan Group.
