If at any time, the Margin Requirement exceeds the Available Margin, Renaissance may require, in accordance with Clause 15.10 below, that the Customer transfer to the Account the Margin in order and in such amount that the Available Margin, after giving effect to such transfer, is at least equal to the Margin Requirement on the date of transfer.
The amount of Assets available for withdrawal by the Client is limited by the amount of Available Margin as defined herein below.
Available Margin – funds not used as the guarantee for Positions at a given time, calculated as follows: Available Margin = (Equity + outstanding Extra Margin) – Used Margin.
