Available Playing Time definition

Available Playing Time means the total amount of playing time available to a team on any particular day. Where a team is participating in multiple matches in one day, the total available playing time will be the total number of minutes across all matches played by the team on that day; and in all cases (a) includes playing time spent off the pitch due to a temporary injury or yellow card and (b) excludes playing time that would have been available had a match not be abandoned or shortened due to bona fide reasons or in accordance with Regulation 15.11.3.
Available Playing Time means the total amount of time allocated to a particular match (or matches) by RFU Regulations, any competition specific regulations or by the coaches of the playing teams (in circumstances where those coaches have agreed to play a shortened match). Any stoppages that may occur during a match are not to be taken into account when calculating the Available Playing Time. For example, where a match is 70 minutes long, the Available Playing Time is 70 minutes and each player must receive a minimum of 35 minutes playing time under the Half Game Rule. More Definitions of Available Playing Time

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

Such yield shall be determined on a semi-annual bond equivalent basis using the original issue price of such obligation and the amount payable at the scheduled maturity of such obligation, and shall be determined as of the earlier of (x) the date on which any event occurs that has the effect of fixing the amount of a claim in respect of principal and (y) the Delivery Commencement Date or applicable Valuation Date, as the case may be. The Accreted Amount shall exclude, in the case of an Exchangeable Obligation, any amount that may be payable under the terms of such obligation in respect of the value of the Equity Securities for which such obligation is exchangeable;

  • Group III Senior Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group III Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group III, (ii) the applicable Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group III, and (iii) the Group III Senior Liquidation Amount.

  • Senior Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Senior Percentage of all amounts described in subclauses (a) through (d) of clause (i) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount for such Distribution Date, (ii) with respect to any Mortgage Loan that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the Senior Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan and (y) either (A) the Senior Prepayment Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the amount of the Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal received on the Mortgage Loan or (B), if an Excess Loss was sustained with respect to such Liquidated Mortgage Loan during such preceding calendar month, the Senior Percentage of the amount of the Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal received with respect to such Mortgage Loan, and (iii) the sum of (x) the Senior Prepayment Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the amounts described in subclause (f) of clause (i) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount for such Distribution Date, and (y) the Senior Prepayment Percentage of any Subsequent Recoveries described in clause (ii) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that if a Bankruptcy Loss that is an Excess Loss is sustained with respect to a Mortgage Loan that is not a Liquidated Mortgage Loan, the Senior Principal Distribution Amount will be reduced on the related Distribution Date by the Senior Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the principal portion of such Bankruptcy Loss.

  • Stepdown Date The earlier to occur of, (I) the first Distribution Date following the Distribution Date for which the Certificate Principal Balance for each of the Class A Certificates has been reduced to zero, and (II) the later to occur of (a) the Distribution Date in November 2009 or (b) the first Distribution Date on which the Current Specified Enhancement Percentage is greater than or equal to 58.90%.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:
