Average Active Users definition

Average Active Users means the average number of Active Users per month in months nine (9), ten (10), and eleven (11) of Your previous subscription year.
Average Active Users means the average number of Active Users per month in months 9, 10, and 11 of Your current subscription year. If an Active User True Forward is required, Cisco will generate a bill as part of the annual Active User True Forward event in order to align Your payment obligation to Your use. The Active User True Forward is assessed in the billing year after You exceed the Active Users in Your Order. If You are assessed an Active User True Forward one year and You no longer exceed the Active Users in Your Order, You will not be assessed an Active User True Forward the following year. You may not decrease the Knowledge Workers in Your Order at any point during Your subscription. Upon reasonable request, You may need to verify the number of software licenses that You have installed, accessed, deployed, or activated. Cisco or Your Partner will handle the Active User True Forward calculation and any additional billing required.

  • Active User means PSC employees, and any users actively participating on the system in any given month of operation, who shall be bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensor does not impose a limit on the number of Active Users accessing or registering to use the system.

  • Average active subscriber base means the number arrived by averaging the active subscriber base count in the manner specified in the Schedule VII of the Regulation.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Shift Cycle means the period of time when the shift schedule repeats itself. In those instances where the schedule does not repeat itself, the term "Shift Cycle" shall be understood to mean a period of time not exceeding twelve (12) weeks.

  • Excluded Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 2 below.

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month. Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.

  • SONIA Compounded IndexStart means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period; and

  • Bid with Lowest Evaluated Cost means the bid quoting lowest cost amongst all those bids evaluated to be substantially responsive;

  • Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the Daily Simple SOFR, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Life-cycle cost means the expected total cost of ownership during the life of a product, including disposal costs.

  • HICP Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the HICP Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the HICP Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set;

  • Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers of the Licensee in a particular month, as set forth in the applicable month’s Subscriber Report (refer Schedule D).
