Active Users definition

Active Users means Customer’s Users with active assigned Seats.

Active Users means any Users that has created a login and can be identified by an id, email or username on the Tovuti platform under the Client’s specific systems instance or who has opted in to the Clients portal, as provided by Tovuti and interacts within an instance within a 12 month period of time beginning at the time of signing this Agreement. The number of allowed "Active Users" will be as defined by the Tovuti Purchase Terms signed by both parties and attached herein.

Active Users means the number of users provisioned on the Service for purposes of email filtering, receive security awareness training or interface access and as counted by the Service. Aliases, distribution groups and other functional accounts are not counted so long as they are properly configured as such in the Service.

Examples of Active Users in a sentence

• You will always pay a minimum monthly Subscription Charge for the duration of the Subscription Plan, which will be based on the greater of (a) a percentage of the total number of employees, or (b) a determined number of Active Users.

• Your storage capacity and bandwidth (“Storage Capacity”) and your number of Authorized Users and Active Users licenses may be limited as specified in the applicable Order Form or the support terms of the Agreement and you agree that any additional Storage Capacity Authorized End User and Active Users in excess of what is contemplated in the applicable Order Form or the support terms of the Agreement may be subject to additional fees.

• Customer must purchase a quantity of Toll Named Users equal to the number of Active Users in any given billing period.

• For each annual contract period, the Authorized Users is equal to the average of the Monthly Active Users.

• In any subsequent Service Commitment period, the number of licenses for which Customer will pay an MRC is determined by the greater of: 15% of Customer’s Employees as determined by Verizon and Cisco, in cooperation with Customer; or (ii) the average number of Named Users using Active User during months 9, 10, and 11 of Customer’s current Subscription Period; or (iii) 40 Active Users.

Active Users means the number of individuals that access the Cloud Service at any time during a calendar month.
