Aviation General Manager definition

Aviation General Manager or “AGM” shall mean the individual authorized by the City Code to direct the general management, operation and administration of the Airport or his/her designee(s) and the Authorized City Representative for purposes of this Agreement as set forth in the preamble hereto.

  • Any act(s), whether discretionary or ministerial, that the Aviation General Manager is authorized or required to perform under this Agreement may be performed by such person(s) as the Aviation General Manager shall designate in writing to perform such act(s).

  • Prior to the commencement of initial construction, or subsequent refurbishment of, or other work with respect to Concessionaire Improvements, Concessionaire must submit detailed plans and specifications to the Aviation General Manager for approval.

  • Auditor shall not make any public announcement, communication to the media, take any photographs or release any information concerning City, the Services or this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Aviation General Manager.

  • In the event any question or dispute arises as to the sale of any specific item or category of items on the premises, the Concessionaire may submit a request in writing to the Aviation General Manager asking that the matter be reviewed.

  • Within one hundred eighty (180) days of the Commencement Date, or otherwise pursuant to a transition plan approved by the Aviation General Manager, Concessionaire shall decorate and finish to approved standards the interior and exterior of the Premises.

  • General Manager means the Officer-in-Charge of the general superintendence and control of the Zonal Railway/Production Units and shall also include the General Manager (Construction) and shall mean and include their successors, of the Successor Railway.

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • Commercial Manager means Top Tanker Management Inc. of Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MN 96960 or any other person appointed bx xxx Xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxx written consent of the Agent as commercial manager of the Ship and includes its successors in title;

  • Procurement Management means the Director of Lee County’s Procurement Management Department or designee.

  • Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.

  • Manager has the meaning set forth in 2.1.

  • Relationship Manager means the individual who is appointed by us from time to time and notified to you in writing as your relationship manager in relation to the relevant services provided to you under these Terms and/or provided by our Associate;

  • Financial Management Manual means the manual dated June 2009, adopted by the Project Implementing Entity for the purpose of implementing and monitoring the financial management aspects of the Project.
