Awarded Sales Gas Quantity definition

Awarded Sales Gas Quantity means the Gas volume in SCMD awarded to the Buyer through the RJ Gas e-Bidding process as per the volume allocation criteria defined in the Request for Proposal of e-Bidding.

  • At the end of the e-Bidding process, the e-Bidding agency shall notify Sellers and Buyer(s) on GSA Quantity (rounded up to nearest highest integer) i.e., Awarded Sales Gas Quantity determined pursuant to Clause 4.2. Post GSA Quantity allocation, Sellers shall proceed with the execution of GSA with the Buyer(s).

  • For the Quarter beginning on April 1 and ending on June 30, the DCQ shall be 105% of the Awarded Sales Gas Quantity.

  • For the Quarter beginning on April 1 and ending on June 30, the DCQ shall be 110% of the Awarded Sales Gas Quantity.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Sales Revenue means receipts from the sale, lease, or rental of goods, services, or property;

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
