B-3 Certificates definition

B-3 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class 3-B-3” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
B-3 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-3".
B-3 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class I-B-3” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class I-B-3-L Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC I which constitutes a REMIC I Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein. Class I-B-4 Certificates: The Certificates designated as “Class I-B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class I-B-4-L Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC I which constitutes a REMIC I Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein. Class I-B-5 Certificates: The Certificates designated as “Class I-B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class I-B-5-L Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC I which constitutes a REMIC I Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein. Class I-B-6 Certificates: The Certificates designated as “Class I-B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class I-B-6-L Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC I which constitutes a REMIC I Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein.

Examples of B-3 Certificates in a sentence

  • The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class B-3 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

  • The Master Servicer shall, on behalf of the Seller, make all filings required to be made by the Seller with respect to the Class A Certificates and the Class B-1, Class B-2 and Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
