Backup Administration Agreement definition
Backup Administration Agreement means any backup administration agreement entered into by Agent, Backup Administrator and/or Harvest from time to time that provides for the provision of backup administration by a Backup Administrator , as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof.
Backup Administration Agreement means the Amended and Restated Backup Administration Agreement, dated as of September 27, 2012, among the Backup Administrator, the Issuer Administrator, the Issuer and the Trustee.
