Backup Administration Agreement definition

Backup Administration Agreement means any backup administration agreement entered into by Agent, Backup Administrator and/or Harvest from time to time that provides for the provision of backup administration by a Backup Administrator , as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof.
