Non-Lead Servicing Agreement definition

Non-Lead Servicing Agreement means the pooling and servicing agreement, trust and servicing agreement or other similar agreement to be entered into in connection with a Non-Lead Securitization Note.

Non-Lead Servicing Agreement means the Note A-2 PSA.

Non-Lead Servicing Agreement means the PSA with respect to any Non-Lead Note (other than any Non-Lead Note that is included in the Lead Securitization).

• Any Non-Lead Master Servicer, Non-Lead Special Servicer or Non-Lead Trustee, as applicable, shall be entitled to make its own recoverability determination with respect to a P&I Advance to be made on the related Non-Lead Securitization Note based on the information that they have on hand and in accordance with the applicable Non-Lead Servicing Agreement.

• Any Non-Lead Master Servicer may be required to make P&I Advances on the respective Non-Lead Securitization Note, from time to time, subject to the terms of the related Non-Lead Servicing Agreement, the Lead Servicing Agreement and this Agreement.

• Such notice shall contain contact information for each of the parties to the Non-Lead Servicing Agreement.

• In addition, after the Non-Lead Securitization Date, the Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder shall send a copy of the Non-Lead Servicing Agreement to each of the parties to the Lead Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Non-Lead Servicing Agreement

Non-Lead Servicing Agreement means from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-2 PSA.

Non-Lead Servicing Agreement means the Note A-2A PSA, the Note A-2B PSA and the Note A-3 PSA.

Non-Lead Servicing Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(f).
