For the avoidance of doubt, any compensation or other remuneration that an entity acting in the capacities of both the Master Servicer and Special Servicer is entitled to in its capacity as Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement will not constitute Disclosable Special Servicer Fees.

  • System Administrator means a person named by the Customer to be the Customer’s point of contact with BT for matters relating to the management of the Service.
